A Womens Bible study meets on the third Saturday at 9:30am in the Fellowship Hall. Join your Christian sisters in fellowship: studying God's word to nourish our spirits and sharing food to nourish our bodies. The Lord's SupperAs a Lutheran church, we believe that the Lord's Supper is the Real Presence of Christ. His true body and blood are offered "in, with and under" the bread and wine. When these are received in faith we receive both the forgiveness of sins and the strengthening of our faith (1Corinthians 11:10).
If this is your confession you are welcome to receive communion. If you belong to Christian denomination with a different confession, and will not be communing with us, we invite you to come to the Lord's Table with crossed arms and receive a blessing. |
